At Bar Italia, the menu resonates with the flavors of Italy. Guests frequently rave about the Classic Ham & Cheese Toastie, priced at just £7.50, which promises a nostalgic taste of comfort food. The Arancini With Saffron & Mozzarella (£6.70) is another standout, providing a crispy outer shell with a rich, creamy center that leaves a lasting impression. Bar Italia's location just opposite the iconic Ronnie Scott's adds to its allure, inviting visitors to indulge in a meal before or after a night of jazz. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in to watch the vibrant Soho street life unfold, every visit to Bar Italia promises a delightful combination of taste, culture, and camaraderie. It’s a place where every plate tells a story, and every sip of coffee transports you to Italy—what more could one ask for in a dining experience?

Saw the high rating and decided to give this place a try and it was truly worth the rating. The food was good but the hospitality was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, service was fast. This has outdoor and some indoor seating. The location is great on a busy London street, offshoot from a main street, giving it the right vibe as well as comfortable place for a quick meal. The ham and cheese toastie as well as the house wine was nice and value for money. They do have a restroom and accept card payment. Overall great experience.

An institution for a reason. Try to grab a table outside and watch Soho pass by. The coffee and pastries are excellent. It's right opposite Ronnie Scott's. It only closes for a few hours very early on the morning. Definitely worth a visit no matter what time of day or night. There will always be something interesting going on.

The pistachio teramisu was delicious. The guys at the bar are funny and give an italian vibe . It feels great sitting at Bar Italia.

We enjoyed our espresso! It was very tasty and actually a bigger size than most places. We had the carbonara, which wasn’t made with spaghetti, but the taste was good. Pistachio tiramisu was also great

Bar Italia, established in soho London in 1949, has gained more reputation and customers from Europe and Asia over the past two decades. I always love to have a quick lunch here. The prices are not the cheapest, and the service is basic, but the food is nice—especially the chicken Milanese with tomato and lettuce, which is fresh and tasty. The cappuccino is also really Italian-style, but it can be quite noisy at times.

What better place to start our Pulp concert weekend adventure??!! A lovely little cafe. Lovely coffee. Relaxed atmosphere. So pleased we visited.

Went here after a hearty lunch. It was a Sunday afternoon.. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Coffee and desserts were okay as well. There were plenty of outdoor sitting and not very crowded. It's a good place to just chill, maybe read a book, or just to pass time..

We came here as a recommendation and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is really nice at night sitting outdoors, it definitely felt like you’re in an Italian or French bar. Their pistachio tiramisu was delicious as well!
